Store Policies

At Redrockdesigns.com, we want you to have the best online shopping experience. Our store policy is designed to help you streamline your online transaction. We strive to give you the best value and greatly appreciate your business.

Shipping/Handling Policy

We use UPS and USPS as our shipping carriers for all domestic orders. We will use the carrier that can deliver the item to you the fastest.

The shipping charge covers both shipping and insurance costs. Here are the available shipping methods, estimated shipping charges and processing times:

UPS - Ground	$4.00 ~ $9.00 Processed and shipped out within 3 - 4 business days
UPS - Second Day Air	$10.00 ~ $19.00 Processed and shipped out within 1 - 2 business days
Fedex (Outside Continental US)	Varies by destination Processed and shipped out within 2 - 3 business day

Please note that we do not process orders during weekends or major holidays. Please plan your order accordingly.

UPS does not deliver on weekends or major holidays. UPS charges additional fee if you want a Saturday delivery.

Out of Stock Items

We try our best to keep the content in our website up to date. Generally, if the product is out-of-stock, it will be listed that way on the site.

Sometimes we have the items when you place your order but run out of them at delivery time. The out-of-stock items will be removed from your order and the rest of your order sent.

We will not resend you the items when the items become available again in our store. You will have to re-order them in a separate order.

You will receive a refund on your credit card for any unshipped items.

Order Minimum

We do not require a minimum for retail orders.

The minimum for wholesale orders is $100.

Return Policy

We are happy to accept returns within 21 days from invoice date. For orders that are returned beyond the 21 days period, it is subject to a 15% restocking fee. We will not accept returns after 45 days. All returns must be in original condition. A copy of the original invoice must be accompanied with your return. Shipping charges, international duty charges, engraved items, and hand stamped items are not refundable for all returns. Please send returns to:

Discount Policy

Redrockdesigns.com provides several options in receiving discounts. A volume discount is available when purchasing our Fashion Jewelry and a total dollar discount is available for all items on the site.

Wholesale Registration

Due to the wholesale trading status of redrockdesigns.com, customers will need to provide a valid resale tax identification number at the time or registration. Please contact your state Taxation or Revenue Department for state to state requirements.
